Commercial Litigation, especially contract and joint venture/partnership disputes, professional negligence and insolvency. An interest in estate agency law and travel disputes. Extensive experience of substantial High Court litigation and work in the higher Appeal Court system. Experienced negotiator and a reputation for tactical expertise; adept at advocacy. A particularly good team leader.
Background:
A number of years practice in the West End before becoming a founding partner of CKFT in 1992 at the age of 28, setting up the litigation department. He has played a central part in creating a heavyweight Litigation Department with an excellent reputation.
