Litigation Department
Commercial Litigation, specialising in Professional Negligence, Building/Construction, Partnership and Banking Disputes. Experienced in the conduct of proceedings in various forums including Technology and Construction, Mercantile and the Court of Appeal.
He has also developed the firm's Personal Injury practice and is currently running a variety of high value claims, in addition to overseeing other work within the department. He is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Background:
Trained with Shindler & Co, a small-medium City-based firm. Retained following qualification in July 1993. He joined CKFT in December 1995 and was made up to Partner in January 1998.
Outside CKFT:
Spending as much time as possible with his wife and son, avoiding all forms of DIY, watching (but not participating in) almost any form of sport and especially following his beloved Arsenal.
