All areas of family law including division of substantial finances on divorce and cohabitation breakdown, private law children matters, prenuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. Joanna is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association).
Background:
Law degree at Birmingham University. Trainee and assistant solicitor at Central London firm Cumberland Ellis before joining niche family law practice Miles Preston & Co. as an assistant solicitor. Joined CKFT in 2007.
Outside CKFT:
Enjoys travelling to far-flung countries, theatre, concerts, playing the flute, skiing, red wine and shoes.
