s Areas of Practice:
All aspects of matrimonial and family law, including complex financial matters, children issues particularly those with an international basis, and inter country adoption. She also advises unmarried couples and same sex couples about relationship issues. Fiona is a mediator and has trained in collaborative law. An active member of Resolution, she is the co author of Resolution’s Guides to Good Practice in Family Law. She is an accredited specialist with portfolios in cohabitation law and private children law. Fiona also has close associations with the Royal Courts of Justice Advice Bureau where she has sat on the charity’s Trustee Board and various subcommittees.

Background:
Trainee and subsequently assistant solicitor at Trethowans Solicitors in Wiltshire, before moving to London in 1998 to join niche family law practice, Family Law in Partnership, where she was an associate solicitor. Joined CKFT as an associate solicitor in 2006.

Outside CKFT:
Enjoys traveling, yoga and recently completed a half marathon (never again...).
