Insolvency, Banking, Property and Commercial Litigation, including fraud and professional negligence. Experience of appeals to Court of Appeal and various forms of ADR. Clients include major financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, companies and firms.
Background:
Studied at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge. Joined CKFT after 29 years in law, including a spell in-house with the legal department of a clearing bank and 17 years in City firms Stones Porter and Martineau Johnson. Ranked in Chambers Directory 2008 as “Banking Litigation: London – Associate To Watch”
Outside CKFT:
Interests include family, playing golf and bass guitar (not at the same time) and rugby (watching due to advancing years).
