Associate Solicitor
Litigation Department
General commercial litigation including shareholder and joint venture disputes, contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, commercial agency disputes and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Background:
Assistant Solicitor in the Litigation Department since February 2001 having joined CKFT in 1999 as a Trainee Solicitor.
Particular interest in Intellectual Property litigation having previously worked at the BBC dealing with the acquisition and licensing of Intellectual Property rights.
Outside CKFT:
Mainly involves socialising with friends and family.
