Dennis Le Quesne

With over 30 years’ legal experience, Dennis is a Senior Executive in our Property department, and one of the most experienced people within CKFT. Following 23 years at a niche property law firm, he joined CKFT in September 2006, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in commercial property, high value residential property, residential and commercial development as well as private client work.

Dennis’ client base includes many property funds, investment companies, individual investors, retailers, high net worth individuals and businesses of all sizes.

Dennis has also co-authored ‘McGregor on Leases — the Business Tenants Companion’, and away from work is an avid follower of cricket, rugby and football.
