Chris Wright

Chris joined CKFT as a banking and commercial litigation and insolvency specialist in December 2007, following a 29-year career in law – 17 of which were spent within a major city firm. Acting for a number of major financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and businesses of all sizes, Chris’ core service area is to provide clients with the sound commercial and practical advice they require to get the results they need.

Chris provides CKFT with an unrivalled level of service in his practice area. With experience in all forms of injunctive relief including Search & Seizure, Restraint of Trade and Freezing Orders, he has undertaken a broad spectrum of litigation across a range of courts and ADR formats, one such case being reported in the All England Law Reports as the leading case on bank interest rates.
