Simon Taylor

Simon Taylor is CKFT’s Head of Litigation and one of the firm’s founding partners having started the business in 1992 alongside Graham Kaye and Daniel Fireman. Specialising in general, commercial and property litigation, Simon acts for a wide spectrum of financial institutions, international companies, and property development and investment groups, as well as high net worth individuals.

Simon’s extensive experience throughout the English court system has led him to be involved in a number of high profile cases within the High Court and Court of Appeal and obtain a success rate which is the envy of other, larger firms. In addition to his work in the UK, Simon has been involved in litigation cases throughout the world, including foreign governments and major international banks.

Simon’s involvement as a founding partner of CKFT is a great source of pride, in particular the communicative, team work based approach that encourages an uncommon level of shared knowledge within the firm.
