Iain Roden

Iain joined CKFT as a partner in 2003 following a spell as Head of Litigation at an award-winning regional firm. Since then he has helped develop our litigation service into a vital part of our client service to rival even the largest city firm.

Handling clients of varying sizes including businesses and individuals, Iain’s core service areas include commercial and contractual litigation, company, shareholder and partnership disputes, construction disputes and adjudication, employment litigation, intellectual property and corporate governance. Acting for clients in Europe as well as the UK, Iain has been appointed as legal counsel for a European property group having acted on their behalf in a €350million portfolio dispute.

Away from the firm, Iain is a theatre board trustee, and is involved in musical performance, conducting and arrangement, and sports – mainly cricket and golf.
