Graham Kaye

Graham founded CKFT in 1992 together with Daniel Fireman and Simon Taylor. As head of the Property Department, Graham has overseen its growth to its present strength of nine, with each member of the team bringing a wide range of skills together to provide advice on all the key issues underpinning the sector.

Graham’s focus is on commercial property, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, secured lending and residential development. He acts for a range of clients including private property companies, property funds, offshore private trusts, banks, retailers and other occupiers.

Outside of the office, Graham’s life generally revolves around his family, principally as a chauffeur to his three children. Other interests include football, cooking, cinema and golf.
