Fiona Turner

Since joining CKFT in November 2006, Fiona has led the firm’s Family Law team. As a partner, she deals with all aspects of Family Law for married and unmarried couples, including individuals of a high net worth and high profile, as well as internationally based clients and those with overseas or trust assets.

Fiona worked in a niche Family Law West End practice before moving to CKFT. Her main practice areas include pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, divorces, financial settlements, child law and settlements and international relocation/adoption cases, employing a range of dispute resolution methods including collaborative law and mediation skills.

Fiona’s experience in this area has won her the accolades of her peers, with one successful financial case described by the Court of Appeal as one of the most complex they had ever had to deal with. An active member of Resolution, she is the co-author of Resolution’s Precedents/Guides to Good Practice in Family Law.
