Adam Taylor

Adam has been with CKFT for over a decade, having joined the firm in September 1998. Having qualified in a city firm in 1991 he focussed from the outset in banking and insolvency litigation and is now CKFT’s specialist in commercial litigation with an emphasis on insolvency, debt and banking litigation.

Adam’s experience has spanned litigation claims of all sizes, from small County Court claims through to multi-million pound cases in the High Court as well as the Court of Appeal and many high profile cases in the public eye. Within CKFT, his work generally centres around acting for creditors in pursuit of claims, obtaining and enforcing judgments at home and abroad and obtaining injunctions and freezing orders. Clients include a large government institution (acting as their contracted enforcement solicitor) as well as banks and other financial institutions and insolvency practitioners.

Adam’s talents have been allowed to thrive within CKFT’s specialist yet highly teamwork-based culture, an environment which he believes is beneficial not only to the lawyers and partners, but to the firm’s client base – something that is reflected in the loyalty that is so frequently displayed.
